A guy decided to make a 130 megapixel camera out of a 1200 dpi Epson GT-S620 scanner. You can see his experiments on his Flickr Stream. FoodScanner is another iPhone application that allows you to scan bar codes. This app actually doesn't scan products though, it scans for food and checks its calories so you can keep your fitness right. This is a really cool application as you saw in the video but also pricy. Full story

Madden NFL 2010 is a great football app for the iPhone/iPod Touch. It has everything you need to feel as if you was in the game your self. Its a really fun app and the graphics are good but they could have done better in my opinion. Its very fun though, I just couldn't stop playing it because the touchdowns are really fun to make.
