Did you know: Google Maps can point in the direction you are facing?

Tapping the lower left ‘Find me’ button in Google Maps will locate you with the iPhone’s GPS and pin point you in a few seconds, but did you know if you tap the lower left ‘Find me’ button AGAIN, it will activate the iPhone’s Compass and in absolute real time the map will rotate to point in the direction you are facing. If you spin around to face the other way, the iPhone will smoothly rotate the map, so your map is always facing the right way. This makes life so much easier when you are trying to use the maps and moving at the same time.
This feature only works on iPhone 3GS because it needs the Compass to function.
